Payment terms

Full payment is required upon receipt of goods ordered. Unfortunately we are only able to accept cash on delivery.

Order and Delivery

Deliveries will be made to your door. Couriers are not contracted to enter premises.

We will do everything in our power to get you your tree when you want it, but we cannot guarantee delivery times, external factors beyond our control such as traffic or breakdown may affect our service. This is London after all!

All sizes are approximate. And due to the nature of our product, our trees may vary in shape / colour etc.

We will always endeavor to deliver you your perfect tree. If you dislike your tree, you must notify us immediately . We often have extra trees in the delivery vehicle and you'll be able to choose the tree you prefer. If you don't like any of the trees delivered, you must contact us immediately so that we can do our best to arrange an alternative delivery, but re-delivery charges may apply.

Product Guarantee

Royal Borough Christmas Trees guarantee you a quality product and service. If you are not completely satisfied with the service or product received please contact us within 3 days of taking delivery of your products, and we will investigate thoroughly. In the event of a genuine complaint we will replace the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Essential Information – READ THIS !

Christmas trees are perishable goods (just like flowers and any another kind of plant). It is therefore impossible to predict or guarantee how long they will survive. The individual tree, the environment it's in and how well you look after it will determine its lifespan. Although most of our trees live comfortably past the new year, we can’t guarantee how long a tree will be able to survive in your home/office.
In the very rare occasion that one of our trees dies before Christmas we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and ensure you have a fresh tree over the Christmas celebrations. Simply contact us and a member of our staff will help you.

To ensure the best results from your Tree, the following steps should be taken… NB: If any of the following instructions are not followed your tree will not be covered by our Guarantee.
A tree is a living thing, even after it is cut. For the best results the trees should have a stand with a reservoir, which can be filled with water and checked Every Day.
Very Warm environments will cause the tree to deteriorate faster than it would in a cooler environment. Under floor heating, and air-conditioning will dry out the tree INCREDIBLY quickly. These Environments are to be avoided as they are not suitable for cut Christmas trees.
Direct heat sources such as heaters, spot lights, and direct sunlight are also detrimental to the trees state and trees should not be placed within close proximity to their sphere of influence.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability - products sold

Liability on behalf of Royal Borough Christmas Trees of any description, excluding death and personal injury, is limited to the price of goods supplied by Pines and Needles.
Our products are guaranteed against defects for 3 days from the date of delivery.(Trees are subject to proper care guidelines) Except as expressly stated herein, Royal Borough Christmas Trees makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Royal Borough Christmas Trees sites. Except as expressly stated herein, Royal Borough Christmas Trees expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
